Colorado Hall of Fame Award

and State Achievements

The Colorado State Thespians would like to introduce our Administrator of the Year Award and the Colorado Thespians Hall of Fame Award. We are proud to acknowledge the following individuals for their dedication to their high school theatre programs and the support they have given those programs over the years. 2012 Michael Wright Honoring MC for his service to the Colorado Thespians as a Board member, and he continues to teach at Mountain Vista High School.
2012 Jo Ramsey Teacher at Westminster High School, with over 30 years of teaching high school theatre.
2012 Jeff Courtier Teacher at Woodland Park High School for over 30 years, served on the Colorado Thespian Board for over 25 years, both as a Board member and Chapter Director. Jeff pasted away in June of 2012.
2011 Sara Freeman Teacher at Fredrick High School, over 30 years of instruction in theatre education.

Taught for over 27 years at Durango High School in Durango Colorado. Working director in Durango Colorado communit theatre.

Taught for over 30 years in Aurora Public Schools, last school was Aurora Central High School. Received the 2011 Alliance For Colorado Theatre, Educator of the Year Award.

Taught for over 20 years at Wasson High School in Colorado Springs.
2010 Dr. Mike Pearl
CO Hall of Fame
Taught for over 20 years at Smoky Hill and Grandview high school in Aurora. Working actor in community theatre.
2010 Mr. Frank Early
CO Hall of Fame
Taught 25 years at Arapahoe High School. Received the 2010 Alliance For Colorado Theatre, Educator of the Year Award.

27 years in Colorado at Douglas County High School, and Colorado Theatre Arts Teacher of the Year in 2006, 32 year career in Education
2008 Mrs. Kim Moore

20 years in Colorado at Ponderosa High School, she also taught at Memorial High and Jenks High School in Oklahoma, twice presented shows at the Colorado State Thespian Conference, and was awarded an Outstanding High School Theatre Award by EdTA in 2003.
