"Registrant" means the registering school.
Registration and Payment
Registration is completed online once the registration form is submitted by activating the submit button online. Registration must be completed on or before
November 10, 2010. Schools or Individuals registering after the deadline may not be able to fully participate in all activities offered at the conference due to space
limitations.
Cancellation/Refund
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Please fax your cancellation notice to 720-972-2444, mail it to Colorado State Thespians, 200 South Dexter Street,
Denver, CO 80246-1055, or send an email to jay@cothespians.com. A full refund will be made on those written cancellations received on or before November 10, 2010. No
cancellation refund will be processed or given if received after November 10, 2010. No refund will be given upon expulsion, voluntary withdrawal from, or non-attendance
of the conference. No credit will be issued.
Substitution/Changes
Substitutions for registered students may be freely made on or before November 10, 2010. All substitutions after that date must be accompanied by a $100 per registrant change fee.
Indemnification
Registrant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Colorado State Thespians, its officers, directors, employees, and agents of and from any and all claims,
demands, and causes of action, arising from or relating to damage to the conference center and lodging facilities caused by Registrant and/or its students, teachers,
and agents while attending the conference. Registrant agrees and understands that Colorado State Thespians is in no way responsible for the supervision or control of
Registrant's students, teachers, or agents during the conference.
Limitation of Liability
Registrant agrees to release and discharge Colorado State Thespians from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or relating to Registrant's
participation in the conference and use of the conference center and lodging facilities.
Media Release
Registrant agrees to grant Colorado State Thespians permission to photograph, tape, film, or make an audio recording of Registrants', and its students', teachers',
and agents', participation in the Colorado State Thespians Conference. Registrant agrees to grant Colorado State Thespians an irrevocable license to reproduce,
copy, display, perform, or otherwise use these materials. Registrant understands that these materials will be used for marketing and promotional purposes and may
appear in Colorado State Thespians publications, on the Colorado State Thespians website, or elsewhere. Registrant agrees to release Colorado State Thespians, its
officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability relating to the publication, reproduction, release, or other use of these materials, and agrees not to
bring any claims against them arising from or relating to such publication, release, reproduction, or other use of these materials.
Event Cancellation
In the event that Colorado State Thespians Conference is cancelled, registrants will be returned the registration fee only. Cancellation of travel reservations and
hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
