Uploads

To upload IEs, One Acts, Improv performances, and films, visit your Troupe Director page (where you registered for conference) and upload all files as separate Mp4 or .MOV files.

Deadline for all uploads is December 1, 2020.

Helping Your Seniors

If you have seniors who want to audition for colleges and universities from across the country, please instruct them to create their own Student Login and Profile. From here, students must complete their registration by the November 10 deadline and upload their audition tape by the December 1 deadline. NO LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED and no reimbursements are made for incorrect submissions. Note: students must be seniors, must have a cumulative GPA fo 2.75 or higher, and must be registered Thespians. No exceptions.

Senior Audition Uploads

Students must do this themselves when they register for their audition, The registration deadline is November 10, 2020, but the upload deadline is December 1.

Instruct students to return to their personal student login and upload their audition as an Mp4 or .MOV file.

How You Theatre in Covid

If you’d like members of your troupe featured at our digital conference with a glimpse into your community, consider submitting a short video to the “Show Us How You Theatre in Covid” feature. Each video will be placed at our virtual conference for attendees to view, and select troupes will be featured in our opening ceremonies! This is open to middle and high schools. Interested in graduate credit from the University of Northern Colorado? You can earn 1 graduate credit for your participation at Virtual ThesCon. If you attended the National EdTA Conference in September, you are eligible to receive 2 graduate credits. Visit the UNC Extended Campus site here for registration information.

November 23, 2020 midnight – all mainstage submissions to jeremy.goldson@dcsdk12.org

November 30, 2020 midnight – “Show Us How You Theatre in Covid” submissions to info@cothespians.com

December 1, 2020 midnight – All IEs, One Acts, films, Improv performances and senior audition videos (via your troupe director account or individual student account)
