Hotel Information

Hotel reservations for conference attendees will occur through Colorado Thespians.

Please note: Every effort will be given to honor a school’s first or second property choice. Affordable options within walking distance of the convention center are limited. Colorado Thespians works with Visit Denver and area properties to find you the lowest prices for this event. Thank you for working within our room blocks whenever possible.

Students who are disrespectful or break property rules may be subject to removal. 

Pools and Health Clubs at all hotel properties are off limits to students.

Hyatt Regency Hotel 2026

Once again, Colorado Thespians has negotiated a special hotel rate with the Hyatt Regency Convention Center as our host hotel for ThesCon.

Location

Located at 650 15th Street, the Hyatt is the closest hotel to the Colorado Convention Center, just steps away from door to door.

Dining

The Hyatt Regency has a full service restaurant and a lobby coffee shop.  

Guest rooms have coffee makers, mini-fridges and a public microwave is available. 

Large parties are not allowed to bring outside food into the hotel lobby for consumption.

Security

Besides the hotel security and the chaperones from each school, Colorado Thespians utilizes the Denver Police in and around the hotel property in the evening after events conclude. Colorado Thespians does not accept responsibility for your students. Colorado Thespians will notify the Denver Police Department and hotel security to handle all violations.

Troupe hotel reservations will occur through your troupe director account and take place at the same time as conference registration. Rooms will be assigned to schools and individuals on a first come, first served basis.

There is a three day window for room cancellations and adjustments. Please reivew the organization’s Room Adjustment Policy. Room adjustment requests will begin November 10. 

Schools electing not to reserve rooms through Colorado Thespians may be assessed an additional security* fee.

*Security is on property at the Colorado Convention Center, along with the Denver Fire Department and paramedics. Students are only allowed access to events by displaying their Colorado Thespian name badge. Badges must be worn at all times and during all events.
