Dr. Jay Seller is the President for Arts for Colorado, and President-Elect for the American Alliance for Theatre Education, and current Operations Director for Colorado State Thespians. Dr. Seller comes to his current role in arts administration and public policy, after numerous years of service as a fine arts coordinator, theatre educator and former executive director for Think 360 Arts for Learning. Dr. Seller is the recipient of the Joseph Moore Award for Dedication to the Profession/Lesley University, Making a Difference Award/Walden University, Educational Theatre Association Hall of Fame, Colorado State Thespians Hall of Fame, and USA Today All-Star Teacher. Dr. Jay Seller is the developer of three educational apps available in the app market place for quantitative support within the arts classroom supporting teacher effectiveness. His name appears on several academic publications, and he is a well-known public speaker, who maintains several teacher resource web sites. Dr. Seller is recognized as a Change Leader in Colorado by the Colorado Creative Industries, and the Office of Economic Development. As Colorado State Captain for Americans for the Arts, Dr. Seller regularly lobbies for the Colorado arts communities ensuring transformational changes in both funding and legislation.
