Caroline Kerswill is currently a school counselor at the Denver Center for International Studies Baker Campus, but founded the Theatre program there in 2011. She holds a Master’s degree in Theatre Education from the University of Northern Colorado as well as a Master’s in School Counseling from the University of Denver. She has spent 8 summers working as the Musical Director for STEAM! Children’s Theater Project producing musicals with 2nd-12th graders. Caroline has completed work for the Colorado Department of Education and the state’s Arts Standards, as well as curriculum design for Theatre Arts for kindergarten through 12th grade as a Regional Team Specialist for DPS.
