Adjudicator Comments
Western Nebraska Community College is heading into an exciting new era with its Theatre Arts Program. The fall 2019 semester will mark the opening of the new Performing Arts Center on the Scottsbluff Campus. WNCC also hopes to begin offering new Associates of Fine Arts (AFA) degrees in Theatre Arts and Musical Theatre at that time.
Currently, I am looking for high school seniors who would be interested in joining our theatre program for the 2019-2020 academic year. Whether you participate on stage in musicals and one-acts, or you help support the actors by running the show from behind the curtain, I have a place for you. Our theatre program can offer you an opportunity to balance theory and practice on stage while earning a 2-year transferable degree.
Substantial scholarships are available for students pursuing higher education in theatre. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
